AP EAMCET 2017:

AP EAMCET 2017 or Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) 2017 will be conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada on behalf of APSCHE. This examination is the prerequisite for admission into various professional courses offered in University/Private Colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

AP EAMCET 2017

AP EAMCET 2017 Application Form:

The AP EAMCET 2017 Application Form or Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test Application Form 2017 will be available online on www.apeamcet.org.

The Application Form will be available online tentatively from the 1st week of March, 2017. The Application Form will be available only online and in no other mode.

The following information must be kept ready for filling the details during AP EAMCET Application Form 2017 Online submission:

  1. Hall ticket Number of Qualifying Examination

  2. Hall ticket Number of S.S.C. or equivalent

  3. Date of Birth

  4. Caste in case of SC/ST/BC candidates

  5. PH, NCC, Sports etc.

  6. Income Up to One Lakh or Up to Two Lakhs or More than Two Lakhs (Rupees)

  7. Study or Residence or relevant certificate for proof of local status (last 12 years)

  8. Choice of Help Line Center is for Certificate Verification and options at the time of admission. Note: The above certificates are to be submitted during the counselling for admission.

The Steps to Submit AP EAMCET 2017 Application Form are as follows: For Online submission, visit the website www.apeamcet.org.

A candidate has to pay Rs.250/- as Registration Fee and late fee (if applicable) by opting any of the following two modes of payment:

(a) AP ONLINE / TS ONLINE

(b) Debit / Credit Card.

After filling the Online Application Form with the required details, the candidate is required to verify all the details carefully and press Submit button. Filled in Online Application Form will be generated which contains Registration Number along with filled in details. The candidate is required to take printout of Filled In Online Application Form and it is to be submitted to the Invigilator during the examination after affixing a recent colour photograph duly attested by the Gazetted Officer or Principal of the College where studied qualifying examination. The candidate should use the Registration Number for future correspondence.

AP EAMCET 2017 Eligibility Criteria:

The AP EAMCET 2017 Eligibility Criteria  for Engineering, Medical and Agriculture are as follows:

AP EAMCET 2017 Eligibility Criteria  for Engineering are as follows:

Candidates satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible to appear for AP EAMCET-2017:

  1. Candidates should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.

  2. Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana. The candidates should satisfy Local / Non-Local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana. Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended (See Annexure III).

  3. For Engineering, B.Pharmacy (M.P.C), B.Tech. (Dairy), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. [Food Science and Technology (FS & T)], B.Sc. [Commercial Agriculture and Business Management (CA & BM)] courses:

(i) Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana, along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled from academic year 2000 onwards, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.

OR

Candidates should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.

(ii) a) In the case of Engineering, Pharmacy courses, candidates should have completed 16 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.

  1. b) In the case of B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (FS & T) and B.Sc. (CA & BM), candidates should have candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates as on 31st December of the year of Admissions.

  2. (i) For Pharma-D course candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as optional conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana or any other examination recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana, as equivalent thereto or should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma Examination in Pharmacy course conducted by the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana State Board of Technical Education and training.

 (ii) Candidate should obtain at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belongs to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together in the qualifying examination.

(iii) The candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission to the above course.

The AP EAMCET 2017 Eligibility Criteria for Medical, Dental, Pharma and Agriculture Courses are as follows:

  1. Candidates should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.

Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) or any examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana, with any two / three of the subjects indicated against each course noted below:

With any two of the subjects:

a). B.Sc. (Ag.)    i. Physical Sciences ii. Biological or Natural Sciences iii. Agriculture iv. Vocational Course in Agriculture

b). B.Sc.(Hort)    same as above

c). B.V.Sc. & A.H    i. Physical sciences ii. Biological or Natural Sciences iii. Vocational Courses in Veterinary Sciences

d). B.F.Sc.    i. Physical Sciences ii. Biological or Natural Sciences iii. Vocational Courses in Fishery Sciences

e). B.Tech. (FS & T)   i. Mathematics ii. Physical Sciences or i. Physical Sciences ii. Biological or Natural sciences

f). B.Sc.(CA & BM)    i. Mathematics ii. Physical Sciences or i. Physical Sciences ii. Biological or Natural Sciences

Note:  i)  Irrespective of the subjects taken at the qualifying examination, candidates seeking admission to the above courses should appear for Biology, Physics and Chemistry in AP EAMCET -2015.(AM Category).

  1. ii) Candidates should have completed 17years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of SC/ST candidates as on 31st December of the year of admission.

  1. B. For MBBS / BDS Courses (as per GO Ms.No. 195 dated 07-07-2011):

  2. Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) / Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) / Bio Technology at the qualifying examination. In respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribe & Backward Classes, the marks obtained shall be a minimum of 40% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) / Bio Technology.

  3. Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.

  4. C. For BAMS / BHMS / BNYS Courses:

  5. Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology as optional which shall include a practical test in each subject.

  6. a) Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission. b) There is no maximum age limit for admission into BAMS/BHMS/BNYS

  7.   D. For B. Pharm Course:

  8. Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optionals, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana as equivalent thereto.

  9. Candidates should have completed 16 years of age by the date of commencement of admission or on such other date as may be notified by the CET committee. There is no upper age limit

  10. E. For B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) Course:

Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optionals, along with the bridge course examination in mathematics conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana shall be eligible.

  1. F. For Pharm-D Course:

Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana or any other examination recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana as equivalent thereto or should have passed or appeared at the final year of the diploma examination in pharmacy course conducted by the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana State Board of Technical Education and Training or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.

  3. The candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission to the above course.

  2. There are a total of 160 Questions in which 80 Questions are from Mathematics and 40 each are from Physics and Chemistry respectively.

AP EAMCET 2017 Admit Card:

The AP EAMCET 2017 Admit Card or AP EAMCET 2017 Hall Ticket will be available for download online from the 1st week of May, 2017. The Hall Ticket or Admit Card can be downloaded from:  www.apeamcet.org.

The Students can also download the same from here once it is released by JNTU or APSCHE. The AP EAMCET 2017 will be conducted tentatively in the 2nd week of May, 2017. It is a 3 hour duration multiple choice objective test conducted for admissions in the Engineering, Medical, Agriculture and Pharmacy courses offered by the various Government and Private Colleges of Andhra Pradesh.

 

AP EAMCET 2017 Result:

The AP EAMCET 2017 Result will be declared tentatively in the last week of May, 2017. The Result will contain the Overall Rank of the candidates along with the Final Answer key of AP EAMCET 2017.

The AP EAMCET 2016 Result will be released online on the official website of AP EAMCET: https://www.apeamcet.org/ . The Candidates can also see their result on this page once the Result is declared by the JNTU or APSCHE. The AP EAMCET 2017 Result will be declared along with the Final Answer Key of AP EAMCET 2017. The same will be published after reviewing the objections submitted against the Preliminary Answer Key.

 

AP EAMCET 2017 Counselling Procedure:

The AP EAMCET Counselling Procedure 2017 will start immediately after the AP EAMCET Result 2017 is declared online.

The candidates will be admitted to various Engineering, Medical, Dental, Pharmacy and Agriculture under graduate courses offered by the various professional colleges in Andhra Pradesh affiliated by the JNTU and APSCHE.

The AP EAMCET Counselling Procedure is based upon the State Merit Rank of the candidate in the respective examination of AP EAMCET 2017. The AP EAMCET Counselling Procedure 2017 will start from tentatively Mid June, 2017 and will en till the end of July, 2017.
