BCECE COUNSELLING PROCEDURE 2017:

BCECE Counselling result and details of vacant seats for first round of seat allotment for BCECE 2017 (Stage 2) will be released from the last week of July 2017. The counselling procedure is being conducted by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB). BCECE Counselling 2017 is based on candidates’ merit ranks in BCECE 2017. The process of BCECE 2017 Counselling involves online option entry and document verification after the seat allotment. BCECE Counselling Procedure 2017

BCECE  Counselling Procedure 2017 :

  1. Registration:

The initial step towards BCECE 2017 Counselling is registration. Candidates have to register by entering these details: BCECE 2017 Roll Number, Name, Father's Name and date of birth.

In the next step, the candidates have to enter the following particulars:

  • Address for Contact

  • Mobile No

  • Security Question

Note: The Password needs to be 8-13 characters, should have at least one special character, at least one upper case letter and at least one number.

  1. Choice Filling and Locking:

Candidates are required to log in making use of their BCECE 2017 Roll No and password

Once logged in, the following columns/options will get displayed:

  • Registration Details

  • Available Choices

  • Fill Choices

  • Display Filled Choices

  • Change password

  • Provisional Allotment Letter

At this step, the candidates need to make the aforementioned choices and lock them. They shouldn't forget to take a printout of the filled in choices for future references. If need be, the candidates can also change their password.

  1. Provisional Seat Allotment:

Here, the applicants need to check the status of their seat allotment. They must take a printout of the BCECE 2017 Provisional Allotment letter, once they have downloaded it.

The allotment letter will specify the BCECE 2017 Counselling centre where the candidates need to report for handwriting verification.

  1. Handwriting verification:

Under this process, in a uniform way, specimen of handwriting of the candidates is taken, which is further compared with the text written by a particular candidate on the OMR answer sheets. This procedure is to ensure the authenticity of successful candidates appearing in BCECE 2017 counseling.

  1. Final BCECE 2016 Seat Allotment:

Those candidates, who have been successful in the signature verification/handwriting test, will need to login to check their final BCECE 2017 Seat Allotment.

They are required to download the Final BCECE 2017 Seat Allotment letter.

As per the specifications in the allotment letter, the candidates have to report at the specified venue for document verification and fee payment.

  1. Document Verification and Admission:

Those candidates, who have been allotted seats through Final BCECE 2017 Seat Allotment need to download the Final BCECE 2017 Seat Allotment Letter. Further, the candidates shall report to the specified institution, where document verification and rest of the formalities pertaining to the admission process will be done.

  • Final BCECE 2017 Seat Allotment Letter

  • Hall Ticket, Marks Sheet and Passing Certificate of 10thstd

  • Hall Ticket, Marks Sheet and Passing Certificate of 12thstd

  • BCECE Admit Cardfor Stage 1 and 2

  • 6 photographs (Identical/matching to the photographs used inBCECE 2016 Online Application)

  • Counseling Letter of BCECE 2017

  • Category Certificate (if applicable)

  • Medical Certificate as specified

  • Any other documents if required
