CG PET Eligibility Criteria 2017

The candidate appearing in the exam must be 17 yrs of age on or before 31 December 2017, the upper age limit is not more than 25 yrs on or before 1st July 2017.

The candidates should have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognized board or university. Those candidates who are appearing for the 10+2 examination in 2016 are also eligible to apply.

The candidates must have studied Physics, Math’s and Chemistry/Biology at 10+2 level.

The candidates must be holding the domicile of Chhattisgarh or must have studies 10th and 12th from schools or colleges located at Chhattisgarh.

The candidates must have passed with 50% marks in class 12th or equivalent or 40% in case the candidates belong to the reserved category.

CG PET 2017 APPLICATION FORM

The candidates can fill their application through the online mode by visiting the official website of the CG PET. The last date for filling the online application form will be 1st week of April, 2017. After filling all the details in the application form, candidates can move towards the fees payment, candidates can pay their fees either through online mode by using their debit/credit card or they can also pay their fees by net banking option. Fees can also be paid offline via challan that must be submitted in the branches of SBI or ICICI. Fee is 200/- for general candidates, 150/- for OBCs and 100/- for SC/ST candidates.

The CG PET Exam Pattern is as follows:

Paper Type: Objective with Multiple choice questions.
No. of Questions: 150
Time duration: 3 hours
No. of Sections: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
Marking Scheme: Each correct answer will carry 1 mark only.
